I think she's trying to keep me safe?? Or something??? But I don't think she gets that what she thinks consists of "keeping me safe" means "depriving or trying to deprive me of all outlets and support systems" and "isolate me in order to try and make me go back to thinking that for being a sexual being and a queer humanish kind of thing I am going to the deepest pits of hell so I'd better turn my fucking life around." I really want to go to some kind of Christian church that's friendly towards gays. Don't think I could go permanently just because I'm an agnostic and I don't think I'd be comfortable spending much time in a church just because of what church has always been associated with to me. But it really helps to know that there are Christians out there who are kind and openminded. :)
I'm a junior and my mom definitely believes that all kids should go to college, so I'll be starting somewhere in two years. Trying to get a good scholarship so that I could maybe afford to go away. Don't know if it'll happen or not, but hey, it's a nice thought.
